Loan Terms
Interest Rates: Interest rates are disclosed in your loan agreement and vary based on loan amount, term, creditworthiness, and market conditions. Our standard rate structure begins at 3% annually for qualified borrowers.
Fees: We do not charge application fees or prepayment penalties. Late payment fees may apply as specified in your loan agreement. All fees are disclosed before you sign.
Repayment: Loans are repaid in equal monthly installments over the agreed term. Payments are due on the same day each month. Automatic payments can be arranged for convenience.
Default: Failure to make payments as agreed constitutes default. We may report defaults to credit bureaus, pursue collection actions, and exercise all legal remedies including acceleration of the full balance.

Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Québec, Canada under the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class action litigation.
Modifications

Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance. Specific loan agreements are not retroactively modified by changes to general terms.
Severability & Entire Agreement
